Our solution is free software and completely free. In comparison to most other pieces of software on the market, you only pay the services provided: secure hosting (anti-theft and anti-loss security) and whatever assistance you might need. No license, no hidden cost.

If our services are not up to your expectations, you can ask us to return your data in a re-usable format to export your data to another system, or have another services provider take over. We will not hold your data hostage.

License

Dolibarr is developped under the GNU/GPL license. This gives you the right to alter and extend the product without any cost attached to the authors' rights. So it allows us to reduce the cost of the service we are giving you, and allows other experimented developers to ensure the product will live through a possible bankrupcy of the original developers, so you can benefit from a maximum of freedom, for free! You don't buy a general product, you buy a personalised service.

BeezNest is officially member of the development team of Dolibarr. This means there is no limit to the services we can offer you. We are there for you, whatever your needs might be.

Continuous evolution

Software updates that bring you additional features are planned to the rythm of one per year (this can vary depending on development speed). In case of software bugs, fixing updates can happen quickly (to reduce the possible hassle to you) without interruption of service. These cirtical updates are automatically included in all our hosting solutions. We advise you of updates by e-mail, upon request, so that you keep informed at all times, but they generally don't affect your normal usage.

Prerequisites

Using Dolibarr doesn't require you to use the latest technology. An old computer system can do, provided it can run a recent browser (Firefox 1+, IE6+) so that you can use Dolibarr with a maximum of dynamism and encoding assistance.

It is possible to use Dolibarr from recent celular phones or PDA with the ability to connect to the Internet.

Support

Don't panic! Support is part of an optional contract, to which you are not forced to subscribe. Documentation is available and frequently updated on the Internet, and the software is very intuitive, but if you need a quick answer to your problems, we have a few pre-paid support solutions on offer.

We have three hosting solutions on offer, which will match your needs for product customisation. Each of them is accompanied by a welcome pack which contains the user documentation of the system as well as useful information.
